sorry if its a repeat, but I came across a reprogrammed ecu for a 99:

just wondering if anyone else saw this, and if this was legit or not

He has it for sale as a 95-99, but I thought that the 95s and 96s had a different ECU setup. He also didn't say whether it was for a auto or manny.
