97-99 bumper on a 1995????

i was looking into getting a 97-99 bumper for my 1995 max. not looking to do the hole swap. just wanted to know if i can do just the bumper.

I've been told you can swap the bumper on, some grinding maybe needed to get it to fit but wont have to remove the re-informent bar.
