Could be a broken throw out bearing, happened to me once, somebody pushed me to get the car moving and then I shoved it into first and drove it home without stopping. Had dropped and installed the tranny in about 6 hours I think I know I was done that night and all was good. Once inside, i found one of the tabs that hold the bearing of the fork had conveniently removed itself.

I believe the consensus of the other thread is a spring on the clutch popped out, preventing full disengagement.

damn the 2nd post on this type of situation, might be something in the air?

Have you check fluids to elimanate the slave or master cyclinder being a problematic source?

Sounds like the clutch is not disengaging fully. Since it is not doing it now I would think that you may be having a problem with something hydraulic. I am now worried because I just paid $925 for a 2001 LSD trans with 70K on it that will be at my job Tuesday for me to install. I really hope its not something with the transmission! Good Luck with getting this resolved!
