Anyone ever file a Dealer Repairer Complaint form?? I brought my car in for a clutch change and had spark plugs and fuel filter replaced also. I went to go pick my car up and it had trouble starting the repairer said i needed a new starter, after buying a new starter still having problems starting the car and the repairer refuses to repair the problems...

 

Is this a dealer or an auto shop?

Call them and let them know you'll contact the local BBB and television stations.
