Another Squeky Noise Topic

I get a squeak while I'm driving. At first I thought it was from the brake roters but then I realized it's not when I parked the car in the garage. I put the car in park and closed the windows and the rpms went down and started squeaking. Tried it couple times and same thing but it didn't happen with the lights off. But during the day it still squeaks. Could it be the battery(changed 3 months ago) or altenator or maybe a loose belt?

Ok I found the out it comes from somewhere on the right front side. If the car is moving foward or I change gears it goes on. Like if I close the hood it makes the noise when the car is off. I dunno I changed the axle this winter you think that could be the problem again?
