stillen rear valences are boring....

how many people agree with me?

i used to love the whole stillen kit and i still do but lately the rear valences have become too boring for my taste. from the back, u cant even see anything custom and from the side, well they are too small. i love how the side skirts and the front lip give the car that slammed look but the rears are too small and leave a lot of gap. i wish there was a good enough rear valence kit out there for us.......

i was kinda thinkin about this kit but then again i like it and i dont...

it just doesnt quite flow with the body style

no man, I don't like the enclosed tailpipe on that kit. I personally like the two piece rear valence... or if I was goin for a little bit more the sorona V1 kit (that really rounded one). but even the stillen one is still alright with me. its a little boring, but what the hell...

If boring means subtle, elegant and tasteful. Then i'll take boring over, overdone, mismatched and gaudy.

I personally love the full stillen lip kit. The rear looks clean and simple, and matches
perfect with the rest of the kit. Not over done like most kits. Kinda unique cause its
a two peice and dosent comprimse the tail pipe.

IMHO the Stillen kit is the only kit that makes the Max look tastefully done.

i dont mind the stillen rear, but i love the way ceasars car looks. i hope he doesnt mind:

it has to be one of the best looking max's around IMO. i dont like the rear that was first posted with the enclosed pipe. it doent flow at all. I also dont mind the skyline rear. It can look nice if it is completed nicely.

Yeah I have the same body kit setup as Ceaser, plus Z3 fenders, limo tint, and CF hood.

I had the full Stillen kit and honestly 9 out of 10 people that saw my car swore I did not have a body kit at all except for the front. The side skirts of the still sit way to in and don't really bubble out like the Saronas.

In my opinion, the Stillen front with Sarona sides and rear looks VERY clean, VERY classy, and above all VERY SEXY.

that is one awesome looking picture...Ceasars kit is put together very nicely. I think this combo would only look good on a white car IMO

I don't mean this in a bad way, but just noticing: The rear of Caesars looks really big and full. Like a bubble butt. It might just be that pic and the shadow in the back cuz I have seen other pics of the Chariot and have never disliked the kit.

glad i'm not the only one here that doesn't like the stillen rear peices . to me they don't look right on the car at all, while the rest of the kit looks like it could have come on the car stock, the rears looks as if someone cut the bodykit off of a corrola-S and stuck it on a maxima. i really like the sorona rear bumper but i'm apprehensive about it being fiberglass instead of urethane, there is no urethane version of that bumper avalable as far as i know. am i right?

and does anyone have a larger version of that picture of Ceasars car? i'd love to use it as my desktop

i wholeheartley agree......although i do agree also that that rear valence could use a little restyling to give a more complete look.....
