Grinding noise

My car was in an accident last night (little rear bumper damage)and ever since it grinds in every gear except 5th but when u push the clutch in the noise goes away. It even grinds in neutral does anyone know what this could be

Sounds like it's time to take it into a shop... was the accident your fault?

Then why not have the car fixed under a claim on the other driver's insurance? (bumper and any other mechincal damage).
