Valve cover tube seal needs to be replaced. Your car is out of the factory warranty... so unless you have an extended warranty, it won't be covered.
The rear valve cover is tedious because you have to pull the plenum off the car first.. I was quoted ~$350 by my local dealer for the job, I ended up doing it myself.

No real reference... the hardest part of the job is not the valve cover stuff, its getting the plenum on/off.
You just have to keep undoing stuff off the plenum (cables, hoses, brackets, etc.) until it is free from anything connected to the engine... then undo the 4 bolts on the front of the plenum and 2 rear bracket bolts (have to do those entirely by feel)..
Once the plenum is off, its a piece of cake - 10 bolts to pull the valve cover off, replace all 3 seals, replace main gasket, and reassemble.

I don't mean to thread jack. I have a issue also check all my plugs n #6 I think in front of the driver side have oil and is black around the thread only not the top can this be the cause of the car burning oil like HELLL. If so what needs to be changed I'm sick of doing oil changes every 1500 miles

Seems like common problem
Just changed the plugs on both my '03 SE and girfriend's '02 GLE.
Had exactly the same oil issue on both cars. Same plug. Rear driver's side.
Will have to get that plenum off again. Actually not that bad after you've done it the 1st time. I think I did my plug change in just under 2 hours and the second job in about an hour.
There is a very good thread with labled photos with hints on how to minimize the required disconnections. Don't remember where it is but I'm sure someone else here knows or you can search for it.
Time to get on line and order up two sets of seals from Courtesy Nissan.
