When you say adjusted correctly what do you mean? My idle and what not are fine.

EGR gasket should be good because the car is starting up and revving up fine.

I just have that choking/hesitation/stumbling issue when it first starts up. Like the engine is jerking back and forth.

Did you get a resolution on this?

I have similar issues with the Z32 MAF and SuperCharger. Stumbles, vacuum drops to nearly 0 - then dies.

As soon as car warms up it idles fine.

With the A32 MAF is starts and idles fine - but I do feel ever so slight hesitation when starting to move when cold. (Seems the Z32 MAF is just far more sensitive)

MAF has been tested fully on a TT 300z and works great - also tried that person's MAF on my setup and got same problems.

I've got the manifold apart right now to re-do everything with new gaskets in case the problem is a vacuum leak. Was your problem vacuum leak or IACV or what?
