Defibrillators?

its not the voltage, its the amps, its less than a single amp, even at low voltage. If you were to wire a bunch of AA batteries, at 1.5 volts each with all of the + sides & - sides togather, not end to end like in most electronics, you will get higher amps. I'm not sure how many milliamps are in each AA but a few of them wired right could stop your heart.
you only need about a 100 milliamps to kill a person so it is not very much amperege at all. and the higher the voltage could actually be better for you because it travels on through your skin instead of all your organs. anyway a car battery can kill you.

So I grabbed a wrench and went to tighten it up and on the first turn I touched the end of the wrench to the side of the frame and ZAP!!! it startled me and I jumped back and slammed my head on the lift. I could stop shaking for the rest of the night.
Now I take off the neg lead on the battery every time I work on the car. I guess its not that bad reprogramming preset stations...
Moral of the story, sometimes we are that stupid.
lol dudes, like 50 milliamps for around 5-10 seconds can shut ur heart down. The current can be 1 volt, or it can be 500,000. If you actually get zapped with 1 amp from either of those, your dead. think of it as basically a pressure washer. you still move all the water, but getting hit in the mouth with a 3500 PSI washer hurts a buttload more than getting trickled on by the garden hose.
once again..
