New Clutch

I just got a new clutch and the part number was 16es2nw, which seems to be a Key Value number. First off, it feels a lot less substantial than the original clutch and there are some weird quirks I've noticed. The clutch engages right off the floor, the engine idles rough, and 4th gear seems to have lost a lot of pull. Does anyone else have an experience like this? I have a good mind to take it back to Nissan and get them to put some other type of clutch in. I called the parts dept to ask them if it was Key Value and they said no. This makes no sense.
