Looking to do the 95 to 98 front end swap. Just curious to those who've done it....
Do you need more than just the bumper cover and grille?
How long was labor?
Any advice?
Thanks for your help!!!

I believe that's all you'll need. You might wanna check with piopremier just in case. He just recently did the conversion.

I have done the swap on a 95, i took the bumper and the grille, but then whn they tried to put it on they had to replace this black bar with one from a 97-99 to get it ton stay on correctly, it cost about an extra $120 from the nissan dealer, changing the lights is not necessary but can be done as an extra

what black bar? only thing i got was the bumper....use my existing grill and modify it a little...but getting the grill soon tho....the only thing i modify while the conversion is the two bracket that are next to the headlight....the top part of the bumper on the 95 is higher then the 97 so therefore the bracket is too high...either u can modify the bracket to fit or rip them off like i did....but to answer the dude's question....all u need is a bumper and grill...

I had mine done at a body shop an i guess they didnt want to modify it, just do it right, i probably could have saved money but i didnt know that you could mod it to fit, so my mistake, but if you take somewhere to get done they may ask how you want to do it, they just told me the bumper did line up properly, actually now that i think about it it may even be a result of a wreck that my car was in (i wasnt driving) a few years ago and the bar could have been bent causing the shop to have trouble putting it on, so thats what i know, take it as you will
