$144 windshield replacement?? too good to be true?

$144 windshield replacement?? too good to be true?
i called around for some quotes and so far i have $144(169 for mobile service), 281 and 195 if they come to me..they all have huge 2 page ads in the yellow pages and have lifetime warranty..what you guys think?? im broke and will probably go with the 144 bucks

if i go to them its 144..its 169 if they come out to me..so i'll save the 25 bucks..im broke!! thanks guys
