I noticed a little clear coat starting to peel on my driver's side door near the roof. Anybody know an effective way to stop it from spreading?

wet sand using really fine sand papaer and tape of a larger area and reclear. have the whole door repainted? you have to get the sharp edges off or else water and air will get under and spread popping the clear off.
