cheapest ways to improve handling on a 95 Max? (under $100)
Get a used set of aftermarket springs on the for sale forum and run them with your stock struts. It wont be too long before your stock struts blow, but thats probably the best way for improved handleing for under $100..
$100 dollars doesnt get you much these days.

Yup, I'm getting a strut bar off of eBay, but how about springs on eBay? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/95-96...QQcmdZViewItem Are those reliable? It says it can lower my car up to 4".
no
cheap and good/reliable dont go together
and dont listen to the advice about buying used springs to put on your stocks struts. how is blowing your struts out going to improve your handing?
spend some money and do it right

I am going to have to go with...a used set of performance springs. This will give you the "biggest bang for the buck". A Front Strut Tower Bar will not even be noticeable.
But, with aftermarket springs, be preparred to spend some coin on new struts, VERY soon after.

Under $100 without sacraficing any ride or comfort would be a front strut tower brace and new sway bar end link bushings. Make sure cold tire pressure is set correctly.

OEM, ES, you'll never really notice a diff with just that small bushing. If you would go full ES, end links and main bushings you might feel a slight bit more anti sway up front.
how do u install a rsb? could i make my own strut brace? i've been told my struts are bad, and im kinda short on cash... what kind of struts could i buy that would be better than stock but not put me in never-ending debt? (im not trying to be the typical ricer still living at home with his parents at 25 b/c he blew all his money on car parts)
