look at my Xenarc Osram & Philips D2S bulbs (pics)...few questions
Are these Philips D2S bulbs identical (in color?), notice the different #'s on the right side of the bulb.
Also, is there any way to tell their color temp by looking at them?
Are these Xenarc Osram bulbs identical (in color?), notice the different #'s on the 2nd pic.
Also, is there any way to tell their color temp by looking at them?
Look at this spare Philips Bulb I have, notice the part circled in red is very cloudy...is this a sign of anything, or do I have anything to worry about here?
Finally, which pair of bulbs would you go with and why for a retrofit w/ E46 single xenon projectors? Xenarc Osram or Philips?
Thanks

geez why not lump all your hid parts questions into one thread? you can never be sure of the colors unless you are sure they are a matched pair that came out of the same car. the 85122 on the philips and 66040 on the osram means they're 4100k or 4300k. i forget which it was. the other numbers doesn't mean anything of importance to you. philips are suppose to be more white after burn in while the osrams have a slight pink color

As nismology said, you've been here for a while, one would assume you would have seen that multiple threads on the same issue isn't well recieved. Hell, I've seen people banned for less.
