Hey, I'm getting some newer celica seats from my friends car and I'm wondering if any one here knows how to get them to fit? thanks

Well, the first thing would be to see if the width of the mounting tracks are of the proper width...it will probably fit, but you are more than likley to have some weird gaps and wind up fabricating a mounting frame for the seats.

 

like he said, it could be done most likely but it's gonna be a custom project so don't expect a write up. the only other celica part someone on here has custom put in their car was the auto shift ****.

if people can get 350z or g35 seats to work by customizing them using the maxima brackets or seat base, then i'm sure you should be able to figure something out if you want them that badly...goodluck

 

if you can weld....you can fab new mounting brackets.

 

Can he take the bracket off the existing max seats and put them on the celica seats?
