tranny issues

I took my car the other day to get the egr valve cleaned, ever since i did my clutch pedal has felt very different, it required less pressure to go down and me being the idiot i am thought "oh well i guess they adjusted it" well now my car wont go into gear consistently, it just started and as my car got warmer it was a little easier, i have no CEL and the pedal is really slow when it does come back up. Any body got any help? I am hoping my clutch line just needs to be bled/re-filled but i'm just really angry right now and hoping it's not a bad tranny/clutch.

check to see how much (if any) fluid is in the resevoir. Do a bleed and see if that helps. Inspect for leaks.

I fail to see the relevance of the EGR valve cleaning...

The relevance is the fact that the clutch felt normal until the second i sat in it after the shop cleaned the valve for me.

The resevoir was empty, i topped it off and now i'm bleeding it. Hopefully thats all I have to do.
