Computer diagnostics

I did that check on my ECU cause I had a "Service Engine Soon" light on. Well I found out the problem, I need to replace my "Knock Sensor, and my Rear Heated O2 Sensor". Well I havent fixed the problem yet, but I havent resetted the ECU diagostics. The lights arent blinking anymore, but if I didnt reset it doing that counter clock wise thing, will it effect anything?

Nope. If the problem is redetected, the ECU will turn the light on again (except for the knock sensor). If only the KS is detected as bad, it will not set the CEL - but the code will be stored.
