EGR code problem

EGR code problem

I got the EGR valve code and I just replaced it....but after 3 days the engine light came up again, it was the same code the EGR code..........
so what should i do next.?

Clean the carbon out of the metal transfer tube. The one going up from the EGR valve to the rear of the upper intake manifold. And yes, it is a pain to do. But it will fix the problem.

I did the same thing, you'd be surprised how much junk builds up in there! While you are at it, take off and clean your IACV, and get a new gasket for it. With the IACV out of the way, IIRC, its relatively easy to get the two bolts off of the EGR valve. I'd suggest getting a new EGR valve gasket as well.
