Will be sealed up and aimed tonight. Then hopefully I can wire up the highbeams up.

There is a schematic on how to wire it up in the hiduniversity section, just do a search there. Those look good btw. I like e46 bixenon, they were pretty easy to work with. Was intemmidated by the schematic at first but got thru it. i actually mounted the capacitors and such on a little circuit board I got from Radio Shack but I saw a pic the other day on the planet where a guy basically spliced the resistor and capacitor leads into the relay harness, it definitely made it look waaaay less complicated.

.... = O .... wow .. that is one complicated ****.. i mean jeez... mine is like the stupid version...
it requires 2 relays/2 fuses/1 diode
Illl post a pic if u want... def... not gonna be as detailed.. but obviously with ur knowledge you understand ...
once again.. wow.. that is a very ncie diagram... so professional.. nothing like the one i drew up in chem. lab.. hehe

srry i went a bit color crazy in photoshop = )...... jsut wanted to seperate everything its very stupid(me) freindly...
This puts no strain on ur stock harness so 0 melting,
this harness puts no strain on the diode as well becuase the diode only has to fight very weat power for the signal (this was main problem cuase diodes heat up fast and burn out, trust me took me few tries before the diode started lasting now almost year and diode has ZERO signs of burning)
also you can hit the highbeam up and down as fast as you want and you dont get any flickers or anything its instant
as well as 0 dimming even if you start the car with lights on beucase the ground is comming straight from the batt. so it makes shure the ballasts life span doesnt get cut short... well unless u have an auxillar light instead of a solenoid then little dimming but its very minimal...
you can even jsut like strip the wire at the tips and tap into the original factory harness terminals so you dont have to crimp/taps etc.... (only for signal)
also the FUSE was jsut a saftey thing.. the HID are an investment i dont want to make again soon...

hmm i see u split it up into sides.. i split it into lights..
there is only 2 relays in teh whole setup.. one for both highbeams and one for both lowbeams... and one diode ...
i think i tired ur method.. well similar.. but i really cant confirm.. but the
problem i faced with the other setups was the diode... the freakin thing gets hot and burns out...
but then again urs might be diff cuase i didnt keep the diagram for those other ones.. only this one i kept..

That looks like a stock E46 bezel that you painted. Did youy have to do any cutting to get it to fit, or was it a direct swap out? I swear that my E46 bezel is part of the rest of the headlight housing and will require me to cut it out

Kev, do you have a shroud behind that bezel? it looks like there's a lot of light leaking out behind the bezel.

Yupp, I used it to test my HIDs/Projectors when I got them. It was really helpfull when I was color modding and shield bending.
