Alright ive been noticing this for the last couple days, My LR rotor sounds like its scraping while driving at any speed. Easing the parking brake up, It goes away. Most of the time, after releasing the handbrake, it goes away, but always returns the next time I drive. Anybody have an idea what this is? From what i've read, sounds like either binding or rusted parking brake cable, but I have no clue. Any help is, of course, appreciated in advance!

I'm having this problem also except mine is in the drivers side front wheel. I am having it looked at on monday. I'll let you know what they tel me and maybe it might be the same problem.

Yeah It could be, but im REALLY praying its e-brake related, just to spare me the headache of dealing with brake lines again........my car needs a total overhaul. Please MTV, Pimp my ride! but nothing that you can see. Everything under the car and under the hood. thanks.

Your calipers are probably binding. Time for a new caliper. I would change both sides because chances are the other one will fail soon too. Autozone has a good deal on a pair of loaded calipers for our cars.
