Hey has anyone converted there 1996 front bumper to a 1997. If so please let me know all about. I wanted to do it but was wondering what the process consisted of thanks.

you can but you have to also change the grill to a 97

 

when will someone come up with a 95-96 style open grille for 97-99 bumpers, I dunno about anyone else but I like the open grille on the max rather than the crossed out one...I also like the 95-96 tails because the amber is larger than on 97-99 (the downside is that red/clears may be a B*tch but they're damn worth the hassle).

yea, i just did mine about a good week ago. go for it, it makes a big difference. yea, you do need a 97 grill too. fitment is perfect.
