ECU Upgraded Shifting Auto
ECU Upgraded Shifting Auto
So in drive with an auto transmission it will shift at 6k rpms in first and 2nd and even in 3rd if you keep OD on. With an upgraded ecu does this still happen or will it go 6600 redline in drive?
you'll most likely have to manually shift, my 2-3 shift is at ~6100
with an extended redline, say 7000, YOU WILL HAVE TO manually shift, or the Transmission Control Module will shift early
that is why having 5-speed is better in THAT respect.

ive gone to 5.5 - 6 and shifted the auto... 1nce or 2wice... its not worth it for me.. cause i have no mevi or 00vi... i mean i feel like the car isnt really gaining anymore speed.... so .. its sorta useles.s... .. i did it on a empy road at 1am... but if u lett off the gas then ... it shifts.. even if u let off a bit...
