Best Headlight Set up?

What is the best Headlight set up that is relatively cheap. I do not have enough money to put HID lights in my car. Just wondering what other people have.

I dont see titanium white on the website. I have the 9004 ultra violet bulbs and the h3 jdm yellow bulbs and the ultra violet bulbs arent good for output but the hyper yellow foglight bulbs help out ALOT. I tryed to get a similiar look at night (color wise) to the lexus is300, so here they are......

Ignore the glare, my camera was on a different setting. They are not this bright in real life

You shouldn't get those crappy xenon gas bulbs, they die quickly and give crappy output.

I know from experience that the Luminics Hyperwhites suck. I had them and couldn't see a darn thing at night. They are blue coated which greatly reduces the effectiveness. I have PIAA Xtreme Whites and am loving them. They are better than the Silverstars I've used because they actually light the road in wet weather, whereas the SS's seem to lose their effectiveness.

i've been really happy with the silvania stock replacements.. they're cheap and they do make a difference in output and don't look ricey.

i'm looking for another set of headlight bulbs. Looking for something more effective. I might try some silverstars. i went the ricey bulbs route and learned my lesson.

The cheapest way to upgrade are 9004 sylvania xtravisions. They won't be able to give you the ricer look because they enable you to see.

If that's not good enuff just save up for hid + projectors like others have said.

i think im going to go the hid route and install it over the holliday break. what is the best hid conversion kit? i see a lot out there. then, are projectors a must? i have enough expertise to do a plug and play kit and perhaps rewire or split some wires, but i dont think i could retrofit a projector in there myself. so i dont want to do projectors. are they necessary?

Xtravisions are great. I have poor eye sight and they help me alot in all kinds of weather. Plus...the look great. Nice and white. Although I'd love to have something along the lines of the BMW or Infinity's color...I'm 110% satisfied with the Xtravisions.
