I just got my car back. Have idling problems. I have to push the gas at engine start-up in order to prevent it from stalling. Have you guys had this problem and know a solution?

And I didn't check my rpm switch yet but am I only supposed to feel the power of the VI when it reaches the desired rpm?

It was always my understanding that the 00VI had small gains throughout the whole RPM range

Be more specific, what exactly did you do? What setup, do you have your IACV hooked up? ETC ETC...

You're not going to feel jack, there is not NAWZ like power boost if thats what your expecting when the VI opens.

Can you hear any vacuum leaks? Is the TPS adjustment within spec?

I had the same problem on cold starts it would rev up then drop and stall until it was warmed up and I don't have a 00vi...I cleaned out my throttle body and it went away...Im not sure if this is the same problem.
