Couple questions

I have 1996 Maxima and I have couple questions.

Does the lighter (the round trim around cigarette lighter) have light when you turn the headlights on at night and also does the emergency flasher triangle (the button on the dash next to the digital clock)light up also. On my Toyota both of those things light up at night but on my maxima they don't so I was wondering if my bulbs are burned out or it is actually not lighted thank you.

Yes it is the light bulb burned out. Does anyone know where those bulbs are available they are SMALL with a base has anyone replaced those (it is the same bulbs for cruise control light, rear defroster light etc.) and how much those cost thank you.

P.S. The cigarette lighter does not light up checked after opened it up.

Yes that is nice but a little hard for me to do (soldering, resistors) I would just like plug and play regular bulbs like they come in car.
