Warpspeed to me is right in the middle, price and quality.
Budget is below it and Cattman is above it. Cattman is a Fully Stainless model and is good if you want to spend the extra money

I like the Aluminized modle from warpspeed. Its perfect in price and quality and fits well. Ive had three of them and the one i have now is 3"

Cattman, for the quality, excellent welds, and stainless steel. It is pricey though but it is worth it.

Budget. It's SS. Warpspeed keeps trying to justify the cost for their y-pipe by slamming budget, but in the end it comes down to a lot of us Canadians with far harsher weather using them for years than many of you down in the States with no problems. I don't doubt the quality of the Cattman, but what's the real difference between one 2.5" SS y-pipe and the second 2.5" SS y-pipe? Not enough to justify the additional costs. Old Warpspeed pipes used to have the bees in the can sound and defective flex sections, if the new ones are fixed and SS, i'd go for either that or Budget, whichever is cheaper.

I've had the Warpspeed alum Y-pipe on my Max since 2001 ... other than a hole in a weld (found before install) no issues.

THey all give the same performance gains so just get a warpspeed or budget. cattman is a huge waste of money and i never understood why people buy them. if oyu want a SS pipe just buy one from WS, its still cheaper than the unbelievable price from cattman. just buy the cheapest aluminized pipe you can find. only reason to get an SS is if you will have it for a long time and live in an area where the roads are salted.

I just installed my SS budget y-pipe today. When I hit the gas I get this annoying sound kind of like the rattle on a rattlesnake. I'm hoping it will quiet down once the pipe gets some carbon built up in there. It is faster and sounds a little meaner in the high rpm range but I'm kind of disappointed with the rattlesnake noise. I guess I should have tried the warpspeed one....
