no i washed it but never dried it off.

I sanded and buffed it. Still gotta swirl remove it. I just washed it to get compound out of jambs.

 

dont you love removing all the resedue from all the hard to reach places. lol.

I think the pictures dont justify the gloss bc the cars in the sun.
I can tell on the 3rd pic looking down the side of the car that its a nice job.

That's because the lip still isn't on.

Those are led washers but they DO NOT light up. They just fit perfectly in the holes which is why I have them.

Isn't painting supposed to be done in an air-tight facility?

 

normally yes. Many have gotten away with their own backyard setup and produced good results.

 

the idea behind painting in a spray booth is to have a controlled enviroment, so the chemicals react the same way every time and to minimize the ammount of contaminants in the paint. they sell reducers to work in hotter/colder tempratures than ideal, and if you have a sealed off area, wet the floor to prevent particales from flying up, as well as have an exhaust fan to get rid of the ovrspray you have a DIY spray booth without the 40k investment.

Plus, technically I do own an A32 that I'm converting in part to a Cefiro. I can also see you being partially mad for me invalidating your argument the other day by use of fallacies. So taking offense to anything you say went right out the window.


About the "speedometer," which is correctly put, I was wrong in putting mph tach.. I figured the guy was sitting and revving his engine, I was just messing with him. Honestly, whatever. This is the internet.. need I say more?.. (that was indeed a rhetorical question for those who read this and have less than full brain capacity.)

Looks like a good paint job. But I never cared for bright red on a 4 door sedan. To me it only belongs on sports cars.

 

It's a bit difficult (and a tad retarded) to try and snap a pic of the tach at (or past) redline while in gear...

but i guess you need to do that to get 1600 posts in 10 months. thats 160 a month. honestly, do you have anything better to do? how about working on this magical A32 of yours that you'll turn into a cefiro. what have you done to turn your car into one? last i checked you would have to start with an i30, since thats a cefiro overseas. body is completely different, close, same mechanicals, but you cant use an i30 fender on a maxima.
