You can use the i30 fender on a maxima. You would just need the i30 hood, bumper and then radiator supports though. Im going to see tilley on tuesday to get work done. I believe tilley is very busy but stands behind his work and thats why i trust him with my car.
Keep on topic the cars paint looks very good.

you mean to say he's still alive, and his shop is still running? Let us know if he's there and working. Many have been trying to get incontact with him.Originally Posted by Mymax97

right, so after 1500 in parts and another 1500 in labor you have a maxima with an i30 nose where the wheel arches dont match front to back and it looks like frankenstein. or you could have taken the extra 3k and bought a nice i30. Originally Posted by Mymax97

however, you missed my point. a cefiro is not a maxima, it's a jdm i30. so in order to convert a maxima into a true cefiro would be a ridiculous undertaking. and bolting on bits and pieces from a cefiro and trying to call it a cefiro would be assenine. i probably have one of the only maximes with cefiro lights and no gaps. you dont see me going around saying it's a cefiro. its a maxima with one piece headlights. oh and i dont have to steal anyone else's pictures to put in avantar or sig, Apparition, it's my car.
Donating i30 Owner
so getting back to tilley... thats a serious paint job he does.. none of that maksing tape around trim nonsense.. he took the car apart...
MDeezy: Yep hes still alive. Im heading there on tuesday so i can give you an update on how he is doing.
shavedmax: didnt know all that just knew that it was possible to have the front end on there. Also just wondering if your sig picture is photoshoped or if you acctually are tucking in the rear and pretty nicely in the front. Either way props on it.

thanks, the sig pic is photoshopped, itll actually be lower in the front when i put my hydraulics in. i've been preoccupied with putting a new heater and siding in my house to worry about doing anything to the car.

I have always thought the 4th gen maxima would be the only max that could pull off canary yellow, any pics of a '95-'99 having this color? If I ever get the cash I would paint my car that color. I don't care how much $$$ I will be making, I would keep my low milage baby just to see it dressed in that color.
