Don't buy it. It's an old scam that's been going around ebay for years!

I think sticking a $20 bill into the exhaust pipe will be about as beneficial as that crap.

The trick is to install it at the same time as a Y-Pipe. Then you might only get 15hp.

lmao it MIGHT make a difference, it looks like that resistor plugs into the KS harness, so if you have a blown KS you could go to radio shack and do this mod for 60 cents, and probably knock your motor to death, but hey no probs because your not retarded anymore

You also might want to buy some Nos stickers to add another 10HP.

i talked to some ppl long time ago about it, but i wasnt sure lol. They told me that you will get your hp out of it, everything will pay off, you will get the power. But what goes afterward is bad, they think that something on ur car might gget effd up later on, so its not safe to get it.

forget the chip. Drill speed holes in your hood and fenders. Will shave at least a second off the 1/4 mile times

By sending in your ECU into a shop that can reprogram it, they can re-adjust your settings. It will cost you however, like Nissan_6 (pardon his poor english) said, it will improve your engine performance, slightly.

I would only look at getting my ECU reprogrammed if I:
a) Put in a racing/hi-performance exhaust form the headers to the muffler, and
b) Put in a CAI or other hi-volume intake, and
c) Put in a StageII supercharger or turbo.

Instead of spending $5-10k on these mods, I could sell my 99SE and buy a 5th gen 3.5L instead for the same price differential with exactly the same performance gain.
