ok so this thread is actually more a reference to which prong is +, and -. It wasn't in the stickies, so i just guessed and checked, and now you don't have to
here we go:

in this pic, top prong is negitive, bottom is positive.
its easiest to put back together if you set the switch to the low heat setting, like so:

EDIT: im thinking im going to change the direction of the LED in the first pic; it works, but its pretty dim.. im going to try and aim it towards the top of the button (rotate 90 degrees). so if you do this, do it that way to begin with

Just installed my blue led switches, I have another set to mess around with, might try green or red. Nice pictures, I am sure it will help alot of members fix theirs.
You do not have to solder, you can use the orginal bulb holder and wrap the wires on the copper bar, with 470 resistor on the positive side. For people w/o soldering equipment it can be done.
