Need help with auto climate control - the button illumination is out.
I'm sick of not being able to see the buttons for my auto climate control. Last year, I had a Kenwood head unit professionally installed, and afterwards the button illumintation on my auto climate control was out. I brought it back, and they suggested that maybe I never had lights on those buttons beforehand....
Anyways, I finally got around to taking out my auto climate control to try to troubleshoot.
So far, I've figured out that it doesn't house a single light bulb, and in fact houses a light bar, illuminating all that has gone out. Look to the pictures below to see what I mean.
The Orange LED in the defroster and the -button that controls whether or not air can be brought in from outside, or if the inside cabin air is reused- (the button to the right of the defroster) both STILL WORK. The actuall LED display for the auto climate control also works. The problem is the arrows (blue and red), the auto, econ, off, defroster, mode, and fan speed symbols do NOT light up when the headlights are on.
What can I check? It was in fact plugged in. Is there a source for the light I can check? As of right now, I don't know exactly how to get to that light bar.

I need some help here - I'd like to get this fixed today.
EDIT: MS Paint + Very Easily Amused = yes, that diagram

Ok, found them. This might be a dumb, dumb, dumb questions, but the filaments should be touching correct? It's just hard to accept the fact that they all blew at once.
How could the audio shop have blown all of those bulbs while installed the headunit?
And I also can't believe I have to go to the dealership for this too...

I blew all 4 of mine at once when swapping out my bose HU - so don't be too surprised
Just get a multimeter and check the bulb for continuity - I bet you'll see infinite resistance for each bulb - i.e. blown.
