How to get air out of brake master cyl?

I have air trapped in my master cyl and was wondering if that can be taken out my the regular 2 man bleeding method? Or do I have to get one of those vaccum devices?

Regular 2 person method should work - but you'll be pumping a long time to get that air all the way out of a bleeder...

It happened to me once. The trick to bleed all the air out is to start with one rear brake, then switch to the other rear brake, then switch back to the first rear brake. After that do the bleeding as normal on all 4 wheels.
