Pacesetter exhaust opnions

Hey guys i was looking into getting a pacesetter exhaust for my 97 Max and i was wondering if anyone has any opinions on them. I know a couple of guys around town with them on civics and DSM's but i havent seen any one with a Max that has it. Thanks for the input.

You havent seen any on a Maxima cause no one wants to put them on their Nissan. Get Apexi or Greddy.

pacesetter (monza) sound nice. That's about it. It will rot out, especially if you experience 4-season weather in your region.

How much does Greddy run? I have always liked the sound of theirs. I might just get Flowmaster.

greddy is like 450-500 range Apexi list only for 95-96 but u can make it fit a 97-99 with little modification Apexi is a lil cheaper but hard to find sometimes...u can purchase various pipes form budget (lssexhaust.com) and supply ur own muffler or i think warpspeed offers a complete cat-back too....what ever u do make sure ur b-pipe is resonated...........then u can always have a muffler shop custom make u a complete cat-back....or u can jsut slap any old muffler on u like....Apexi makes a WS Series universal muffler now

If your considering stock replacement or pacesetter, I would go pacesetter. But if you want a nice catback that will last, get stainless, worth the extra few dollars. Greddy,HKS,Apexi are fine examples of full stainless cat back starting at 300 up to 500 average.

i think i will have a shop custom one from the cat back. Ive got some friends with shops. The only thing other than performance obviously is a good sound i dont want that damn 'clinky' you hear people with. I was thinkin of runnin it short behind the front wheel. what do you think?
