1FSTMAX, any idea how much you are lowered?

I never really checked mine after swapping the D2s out for the winter but I think it was dropped 3"+. It looked perfect with no wheel gap but I think it was putting extra stress on the axles and other things. I had to replace the passenger side axle because the bearings were making noises while turning and the boot was not even ripped. It may have not been from being lowered to much but im going to put the D2s back in with the height 1/2" higher to be safe.

I was dropped around 3" before, had about a pinky size gap

killed my axles after about 2 months, so i raised her back up, but i also drive like an *** so your axles may last longer.

o and im on tein basics, ride became more bouncy and soft when I went that low

You wanna know how your axles are situated? Get your car on an alignment lift, get it up in the air, then look at your drive axles and tie rods from under the car. I'm pretty sure the angles are pretty bad. Your cv boots will go first after a few hundred miles. And if you keep driving it that way, your axles will die shortly after.

Here's a couple pics of my wifes '98 SE with the Eibach Pro Kit installed. I've had to fix the exhaust twice because of a few bad rubs in & out of underground parking lots. It's been lowered for about 2 years & I just changed both axles due to torn outer CV boots. I figured with the mileage & the price difference, I'll change the axles rather than just the boots. For me this is low enough.
