Starting problem

The quick version is, I had a power cable for my amp hooked to the battery
I was running the cable and the end touched the body of the car. Like an IDIOT I had the key on for some reason, it sparked and the radio went off but as soon as I got a hold of it the radio came back on and the clock was still the right time. But now it wont start, it just clicks when I turn the key. I have had it on a battery charger for about 3 hours now and still nothing.
Did I fry the battery? Is there a specific fuse I should check? I feel like such a noob.
