where to find MINT 4th gen w/low miles?

say for example id consider going to a 4th gen...

i used to be into mustangs a lot and know that there are places that specialize in older models with minimal miles and in mint condition. ive seen 90-93 stangs with like 15k miles (for up to $15K tho). woundering if there are places that specialize in maximas, or its just the luck of finding one? id look to get a 98-99 5spd, grey, green or black, leather, with under 40K and mint cond, money not much of an issue.

Try http://www.mint4thgenmaximas.com

but seriously, it's gonna be hard to find one with all those specific options, especially 5 speed. Look on autotrader and all those similar sites, try to find one owned by an older person.

You'll be hard pressed to find a 5spd with 40k miles, but it wouldn't be too terribly difficult to find an auto that low. I got my fully loaded '98 auto with 50k (at the time) from a private ad in newsday.

wtf kinda thread is this? Can someone tell me where to find a million dollars while they are at it? Seriously though, you are just going to have to look, look, and look some more. That will be a hard car to find.

Your not far, try the for sale forum, many in posted right now, look. Unlike Mustangs people rarely buy a Maxima brand new to "collect" or "weekend driver" thats why there are so many very low mileage Mustangs and not many Maximas. They are out there just be careful, make sure that "low mileage" car was not in a unreported accident and sat unfixed for a few years then fixed. Really look around and under the car and ask the previous owner to explain the low mileage, check history.

I have only seen a handful of low mileage 4th Gens on the .org since I've been a member.

You'll likely be hard pressed to find a low mileage 5-speed.

My 95SE, 5-speed, is fully loaded and in mint condition with 62,303 one-owner mostly highway miles on it. However, it is not for sale now or anytime soon.

Why is low mileage so important? If you are not concerned about money, just put some money into it to restore it back to new condition.

Its a mind thing. But Ill admit it does make a difference. I just bought a 4th gen with 67k miles 95 BLK/BLK SE Auto fully loaded except the heated seats. Low miles was on my mind too, finding a 5 speed with low miles is rare. Ive come to the conclusiong that most Maxima's that have low miles are the Autos. Just look and be patient. I was patient enough to find my diamond. Once I found it I jumped on it quick.

i would wait and look around but just might buy a new car instead, not sure which one yet but still thinking over all options and money. reason i posted was maybe someone know a dealer somewhere in the country that specializes in such things, i know there are many dealers like that for audi, mustamg, vette, and benz, and im sure many other cars.

Hey I know where there is a '99 5-speed SE near me that is mint. 80K but still has the new car smell! It's a light blue with mint paint & interior, It has Bose, sunroof, spoiler, power seats, cloth unfortunatly, and a very nice charcoal/black interior. He is asking somewhere near $9,00 but it is definitly VERY clean for 80k, it's worth the 4hr drive just to smell the new car smell. It's located at Andrews Family Automotive in Lakeville, Ma, he specializes in Nissan/Infiniti & Subarus, worked for a dealer for years, and it comes with a 12K warranty. Serious inquiries only, you can PM me for more details or do 411.
