clutch fell to the floor this morning.
Yeah check your clutch slave cylinder, if the seals are gone that can cause a limp clutch. I had the same problem in my talon and it was the problem. You could press in the pedal and shift, but I had to physically pull the pedal back up to shift again. I also went through 3 autozone replacements over a year period. If it is the problem replace it with a OEM nissan one.
i had the same exact problem it was the slave cylinder, at first i bought a rebuilding kit but i think the guy at auto zone was zoning and gave me the wrong one the seal wouldnt fit into the housing, anyways i ended up buying a new one it was only like thirty dollars
I had the same trouble on my 95 SE. Turns out the slave cylinder was okay, but I replaced it anyways. But the problem was a slow leak on the 2 rubber hoses that are between the master clutch cylinder and the slave cylinder. Those rubber hoses do leak over time and need replacing. This is a DIY type job and set aside at least 2 hours to replace everything.
IM me for more details.

Check for leaks inside the cabin near the firewall. Also check for leaks directly under your airbox (on the ground). I lost pedal pressure and was never able to determine if it was the clutch master cylinder or slave cylinder so I replaced them both. And bled the upper and lower bleeders.
In all of that my throwout bearing also went wonkers at the same damn time.
PeteMo95Se - are you from my area. I live in Morrisville. Rather impressive mods there.
