CEL on....a day later.... off....then on...wtf

Hello boys, my CEL came on this past weekend, I pulled codes and got O2 sensors. I'm going to replace all 3 0r 4 whatever it is on a 99 cali spec. So rather than keep resetting it, I put a business card in front of so I wouldn't have to look at it. I just happened to move the card, and it was off!! The next day, it came back on. Today it was on for about 5 miles and when I got home it was off!! I thought this thing stayed on until it's reset. Can anyone give me any insight?
Thanks

me too

mine has been doing the same thing. Power is still good and mileage has not changed. It is a mystery to me. I did however buy 2 o2 sensors as I am at 120,000 miles and they have been sniffing the exhaust long enough.
