Foot blower for passenger side?? where is it?

Foot blower for passenger side?? where is it?
Hey guys...on fan speed 1, i hear this weird noise as if something is stuck in the passenger side foot fan. It's extremely annoying, I cant even see the damn thing. Any tips?

There is one under each front seat I now of for sure, I think the heat for the front comes out near your feet under middle of dash, near ecu kind of.
