Vitek/Stillen LSD....

I bought the Stillen LSD but have not yet installed it, just wondering if any one has heard of it doing damage to your transmission, Ive heard rumors that it can but i don't believe them but i thought i would ask on here to se if anyone knows of this LSD doing tranny damage... thanks

as long as you install it correctly and get the rights parts that acompany the LSD you shold be fine. Be sure to check your tranny mounts too cause this would be an ideal time to fix them or replace them...other than that you are one lucky individual for getting that! By chance how much would I spend if I were to do what you're doing?! Good luck and keep us posted yo!

i got it for a sleal, 350 shipped. All it is from what i can tell is a beefed up version of the stock ones that came with the LSD equipped maximas. I have just finished rebuilding the tranny and fixing the shims and everything. i wish i would have had this in time to install but didn't. im waiting for a flywheel and clutch. i have the exedy stage 1 but im going with the stage 2 so once i get that it will be good.

you shouldn't need the stage II unless your engine is pushin like 250 but never hurts to get it while you're in the tranny...so would there be a better place to find one of those easier than eBay?! I'm jealous!

Don't know where to get one, BTW I will push over 250 with my 125 shot, thats why i asked....
