low temp thermostat...???

I know i have seen one before for sale somewhere for a 3rd gen but i was wondering if anyone is using a low temp thermostat in there 4th gen and where you got it. I have one in my truck and its awesome, just wondering if its as beneficial for the VQ, or not.

IIRC it's for the VQ35... 154* and 6 more $ than the opening temp vs the stock 180*...

Check the stickys, Jime has a good mod and write-up on how to customize it for whenver/whatever temp you please.

Kasey- Nismo makes one for a vq35 and supposedly it fits the 3.0 but I wouldnt recomend it especially when you are NA. It opens up about 30-50 degrees? sooner than the stock one. It isn't all the useful since you wont be running all that hot anyways plus now that its winter time, your heater won't be all that warm either...

VQ35 and VQ30 thermostats are the same IIRC.
