95-96 place racing CAI in 99 ?

Friend donated his 96 PR CAI to me so i was wondering if im goin to have any fitment issues in my car. I thought, except for a few aesthetic differences 4th gens are the same under the hood.

Not really tearing into it, just wanting to do mods. I think I am getting ahead of my money more than anything though, lol.

air temp sensor is different, so if the hole is wrong plug it up. other than that your set.
