Click click click*SOUND RECORDED* Any idea

I've got some problem with my car, 156k on it. It runs very good, but when engine works i can hear some kind of "click click click" and it comes from the second valve cover witch is behind intake mainfold and i can hear it mostly from the left side
One more thing, when the car is cold i hear these clicks very slightly because rpms about 1500 and it's kinda mixing with the all other noises, but when car warms up rpms about 600 and engine bay is more soundless those damn clicks comes out more painfull for my ears. I don't think that is injectors because it sounds more like metal. And all the times it's exactly the same spot where it comes from. For me it seems like one wrong valve adjusment. I didn't change the oil after a previous owner yet and it's still running on regular gas witch is left in tank.
I'm still hope if i'll do the oil change and premium gas it'll solve the problem.
Help me please any advise maybe someone expiriensed this problem.
Thank you.
AND Finally i RECORDED THAT SOUND
HERE IS THE LINK

Any ideas????

The link doesnt work or allow you to watch the video and someone already told you if it a steady click click it just the IACV which is normal. Clean the IACV and see if that helps it will remove the carbon built up left by reg gas because you really need 91+

This sound is not the IAC or injector. It isn't a clicking sound, it's a rattle! To me, it sounds like one of these:
1) Damaged cam lobe
2) Damaged valve stem or seat
3) Bad small-end.
And of these three, sorry to tell you this, it sounds most like a bad small-end.

Unfortunately it's not a steady clicks. Frequency depends on rpm's

car isnt starved for oil is it?

as the revs get higher, I dont know if the ticking sounds goes away or the motor is just too loud.

I'm not too sure, but locate the area where its coming from, then think of all the parts in that area and what could make that noise. Use the screw driver listening technique, it should narrow it down.

the small-end of the con rod. Usually a phosphor bronze bushing on most motors although there are needle-roller ones too. The gudgeon pin runs through the small-end and supports the piston...

Umm.. If that sound turns out to be the chain then that's gotta be the worst I've ever heard. I would have that taken a look at the least.
Our timing chains are almost indestructible but they do have an amazing ability to toast an engine almost instantly if that rare one goes haywire.

It is the timing chain guide. You must have a 95/96 right ? Common problem with those two years. It is still a big job. Their are two access covers. that kind of buldge out. They will need to be removed and you have 0 space to work with so i suggest you find a reputable mechanic. The will cost alot. Your other option is to swap the engine. also While your in their replace the water pump.
