Cattman Header Issue Please Read if you have Cattman Headers

Alright this has been an ongoing issue since the installation of my cattman headers. A month before I installed the headers I got brand new O2 sensors installed. The day I got my car back from the shop after the installation I got a Knock Sensor Code, (this was not a problem and I simply replaced it). However its been a year since the installation and about a month ago I got another error with the bank 1 sensor 1 O2 sensor not responding (0314 I believe the code was, but I can check that.) I removed the tested and indeed it was bad, so I replaced it with a new one. Yesterday my Service light came on and I am getting the same error Bank 1 sensor 1 not responding. This would make it the 3rd 02 sensor that I would have to replace in a year, and Im not sure on what to do. My first question is anyone with Cattman headers having the same issue, and why would this be killing my O2 sensors? Another issue Im having with my headers is Rusting...even though my headers have never seen winter until this year. I'm having huge rust problems even though the coating was supposed to be rust-proof and they sent me this spray product they obviously did not work. Would rust be causing this issue? Any help will be appreciated, kinda wish I never got the headers in the first place.

Could be the replacement sensor you got wasn't as good as the OEM, or it was defective..... As far as the rust, is it surface rust? If you clean it or sand it a little does it look like new? I would only worry about the rust if its more than surface rust.

My budget y which is supposed to be ss is completely surface rusted.

that code comes up on my 98gxe too. Ignore it, i do for last 10k miles. My only gripe was the EGR tube placement on the headers. I had to use a spacer, and I thought "my custom fabrication" is throwing that code. it is not. The check engine light will go off on its own, and never come back. that is my 3c

Im not sure why ALL 3 02 sensors will be defective. The first one (I was like sure it could be defective) but after a month and 2 more it has to be something else. Sure I can leave the code in, but then it retards the ECU and my gas milelage goes to ****.

As far as rust...on the front header its surface rust, but when you get down to the Y - Pipe its more like RUST and I can actually pull off layers of metal.
