confused about fog light wiring stuff

hello all, i just recieved the 24.99 CE fog specials today with the wireless fog kit and i m abit confused about a couple of things.

1) This is on the back of wireless kit telling how to wire up with the fogs. I m confused about what to do with "PARING".
2) THe pic had a line going from negative terminal of the batt to the black power line on harness. BUT the harness did not provide me with a line to connet to the negative batt terminal!!!!!!!!!!

and the pic to go with 1 and 2.

hey isnedrmr, yeah i saw ur response, thanks.

So the paring is parking and i guess the line leading to the negative batt terminal in the first pic is the gournd wire.

Do i HAVE to tap the PARING wire into the parking lights wires, and do i HAVE to ground the black/ground wire on the negative batt??? btw the ground wire i think is physically impossible to reach all the way to the batt....
