well today, after jumping the car off a ramp at the mall (not intinally i was on the 3rd level parking garage and went over the ramp to fast, and running over a speed bump and scrapping the **** outta the cat I now have a P0174 code. This code is saying the system is to lean (bank 2).

Do you think maybe the cat got messed up in there and isnt reading right for the downstream o2 sensor?

 

Your code is for one of the upstream o2 sensors. Lots of possibilities with this code.
1. Intake air leaks
2. o2 sensor problem
3. exhaust leak
4. low fuel pressure
5. MAF sensor
6. injector problem

was that the only code you got? i would rule out maf air flow, cause that is not usually attributed with 0174 alot of them time. most of the time it is a the O2 sensor......if you got the 0171 and 0174 that is usually a mass air flow code when they come together.

try the oxygen sensor....
