Currently installing aftermarket head unit - speaker making weird noise

Basically I just tried installing an aftermarket head unit... I have the adapter so I can use an aftermarket head unit with the bose system.

After wiring it all up and re-connecting my car battery, my front right speaker started clicking, so yea then I freaked out that I had the wiring wrong, I double checked the wiring and it looks good.

Any ideas?

Also, when I plugged in my original stero, and plugged the battery back in, the security light started blinking fast and the bose head unit wouldn't work.

Any ideas?

Thanks!
Josh

With the bose back in go under the hood and take out the audio fuse then put it back in. Might resolve that problem.
