HKS Muffler for 2000 max

Is this a very loud muffler ? Also if i wanted to get this, what would I have to do, since its made for the 2k max. What all would i need to buy to make it the least noisy, like a catalayic converter, and a intermediate pipe ? Thanks

yes it is loud. it's nite and day compared to the original 4th gen HKS. ask Confused.
you have to make your own flanges by cutting your b-pipe or welding the hks directly on.
